The Management Consultant will identify potential clients, work closely with them to understand their strategic digital priorities, translate these priorities into digital workforce and talent needs, and serve as a thought partner to clients in shaping solutions that meet their needs leveraging GA’s proven curricula. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute our go-to-market approach, develop solutions to market-specific problems, and thought leadership.

  • Adapt and articulate our value proposition so that it delivered clearly and compellingly to clients and other stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to build, develop and grow trust-based relationships with senior executives by understanding their needs and identifying how we can partner best with our clients on an ongoing basis.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and individual functional owners of the various disciplines,

  • Consult with clients to understand their corporate strategic digital priorities and translate these into digital workforce and talent needs that GA can provide support on, leveraging GA’s solutions

  • Design and deliver distinctive programmes that meet clients’ digital talent needs.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline according to targets, and provides clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities.



Skills and Qualification of an Ideal Candidate:

 

  • 0 – 2 years of experience. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply

  • Organised and capable of managing a robust pipeline of business development, sales, and partnership opportunities.

  • Intellectually curious, and excited by working on challenging problems and partnering with clients to solve them

  • Hardworking and self-motivated.

  • Excited by, and knowledgeable about the digital and technology landscape, especially as it relates to digital talent and skills such as software engineering, digital marketing and data science.

  • Entrepreneurial and excited about the opportunity to play a leading role in a new organisation with a startup-like culture.

  • Effective and compelling communicator in person and through other mediums, 

  • Current or previous management consulting experience
