The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible to provide support to the Marketing department to develop and implement Akademi GA’s marketing efforts across Malaysia. This is a paid position. 

Key responsibilities: 

  1. Launch awareness campaign: Assist in setting up mechanics to collect and analyse data from campaigns and provide insights, including contextualising thematic campaigns

  2. Planning and Forecasting: Assist with development of event and workshop schedules

  3. Execution and Scheduling: Familiar with ad buys, including but not limited to Social Media, Banner Ads, ATL, and BTL

  4. Tracking and Reporting: You will keep track of and report on all metrics surrounding your event and workshops plan, identify opportunities and optimizations and address pacing issues as necessary.

 

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent computer knowledge for both Mac/Apple and PC environments

  • Must be familiar with Canva

  • Experience with SEM, SEO, social media

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills

  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames

  • Organized, dependable and detail-oriented

  • Team player, quick learner and efficient

Graphic Design Internship

 

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be working with our marketing team to develop compelling visuals that communicate our identity and our mission of transforming Malaysian careers and organisations for the workforce of tomorrow. This is a paid position. 

You will learn and assist with:

  • Developing marketing collateral across all channels

  • Designing images or artwork for our social media and website posts

  • Updating our website

  • Supporting our branding efforts

You should have:

  • Excellent computer knowledge for both Mac/Apple and PC environments

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar software

  • Proficiency in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML/CSS code

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills

  • The ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames

  • A great work-ethic - organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  • Resilience - work well under occasional pressure and view challenges as opportunities to grow
